Bob Dean B.A., MDIV, DMIN 

Bob received his B.A. degree from Baylor University.  He has a Masters of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has a Doctor of Ministries Degree from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  He also has an honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from Dallas Baptist University.

Bob has served in several churches and was the pastor at Northlake Baptist Church, Garland, TX for 28 years.  Bob served as the Executive Director of The Dallas Baptist Association 2006-2021. 

Bob consults with ministers and churches.  He coaches and mentors pastors.  He facilitates through strategies, financial areas, conflicts and problem solving.  Bob teaches about leadership and walks alongside ministers to encourage and guide.  

Bob has been the loving husband to Ellen since 1974. They have two grown married children and a grandson.
